Executive Committee
The Executive Committee comprises the AAI Officers* (President, President-elect, Past President, Secretary, Treasurer) and the Chief Executive ex officio without vote. The Executive Committee acts between meetings of the Council to provide continuity and strategic oversight at times when the full Council is unable to act.
* During the initial governance transition year of July 2026-June 2027, the officers include President, Vice President, Past President, and Secretary-Treasurer. During the subsequent transition years of July 2027-June 2030, the officers will be President, Vice President, Past President, Secretary, and Treasurer. As of July 2030, the governance transition will be complete and the officers will be as stated above and in the bylaws: President, President-elect, Past President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
